Vintage "Tiger Sweet Tobacco" lunch box tin (c 1930s)
Vintage "Tiger Sweet Tobacco" tobacco tin dating to the 1930s. Lunch pail style tin with original handles. Wicker look lithography decorates the four sides and top. The top lid reads "Tiger. Bright Sweet Chewing Tobacco. P Lorillard Co". A magnificent tiger head decorates all four sides of the tin. Oversized at 10" long x 5" wide x 8" tall.
Good vintage condition in that the color remains good and there is not much damage to the top and side surfaces. The handles have oxidized and the bottom is rusted, as can be seen in the photo. The tin still displays very well.
